Hope you never have to experience this. Whilst biosecurity would not have stopped some of the consequences of this Foot & Mouth outbreak – it can help reduce the occurrence, frequency and consequences of many livestock and crop diseases.

Notifiable Diseases – in animals.

These are diseases that government must be notified about – some have ‘controlled by culling’ policies like foot and mouth. The list is not comprehensive: it does not include all such diseases.
